Twin Rivers Unified School District offers programs for children ages 0-5.
Enrollment specialists are available to help you complete the online enrollment process for your child.

Kindergarten (K)
5 years old by September 1, 2026
Birthday between January 1, 2021 and August 31, 2021
Traditional Kindergarten (TK) or Preschool (PreK)
4 years old by September 1, 2026
Birthday between January 1, 2022 and September 1, 2022
Preschool (PreK)
2 years 9 months by December 1, 2023
Birthday between September 2, 2022 and November 30, 2023

If interested in applying for a Preschool Program please contact us using one of the following options: 
 
OPTION 1:
  • If interested in State Preschool (part-day or full-day) please call (916)566-1616.
  • If interested in Head Start Preschool (Morey, Oakdale or Village) please call (916)566-3485.

  • Please email EnrollPrek@trusd.net if you are interested in applying. Include the following information in your email:
    • Child's full name
    • Child's date of birth
    • Parent/Guardian full name
    • Contact phone number
    • School site of interest

Required ECE Documents

 
  • Birth Certificate Verification for the enrolling student
  • Birth Certificate Verification for all siblings under the age of 18 still living in the home
  • Current Proof of Income dated within 30 days of your appointment date
  • Current Proof of Address dated within 30 days of your appointment date
  • Immunization Record for the enrolling student
  • Health Evaluation/Physical
  • Court Documents (if applicable)
  • IEP/IFSP (if applicable)
  • Full Day ONLY - Employment Verification of Training Verification
  • Head Start ONLY - Dental Exam (dated within one year of enrollment or scheduled appointment)
  • Head Start ONLY - Medical Insurance Card
  • Head Start ONLY - WIC Card (if applicable)

  • Employment verification is required.
  • Pacific Infant/Toddler Center serves children ages 0–3 years (limited space available).

Diapering and Toilet Training in California State Preschool Program (CSPP)

Children shall not be denied services or skipped over in priority based on toileting status, as learning to independently use the toilet is not an eligibility requirement for the CSPP, pursuant to 5 CCR Section 17736(c).
