Pioneer TK-8 is a culturally diverse, welcoming, and supportive learning community with a strong sense of school pride. We have a positive approach to school discipline and follow the principles of the Love and Logic approach. We are a learning organization whereby adults and students alike learn and grow. We offer on-site, tailored professional development for our staff including differentiation, trauma-informed teaching, and positive schoolwide discipline.
