Program description: Creator X Camp is an exciting, hands-on creative experience for incoming 7th–9th grade students interested in animation, gaming, comics, and film. Students will have the unique opportunity to work directly with industry professionals, learn new artistic skills, collaborate with peers, and gain inspiration from experts who have contributed to major animated games and entertainment projects. This camp provides a supportive environment for students to explore their creativity, develop new talents, and bring their ideas to life. 

Grades: Incoming 7th–9th Grade

Location: Rio Linda Prep (tentative)

Dates: June 15–18, 2026  

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM – 3:00 PM

Creater X foothball Banner Title

Program description: Created in partnership with American River College (ARC) this camp will blend football fundamentals with powerful lessons in leadership, mindset and character.   Students will sharpen their game through dynamic practices, scrimmages and positional training.  Campers will train alongside ARC’s coaches and players through fast-paced drills, team competitions, and skill-based instruction.   This camp will be more than a sports camp.  The Creator X Flag Football camp is a space where students will build confidence and connections. The students will be surrounded by positive role models that will inspire them as both teammates and as people

Freedom School Summer School Banner

Program description: The Freedom Schools® Summer Program, operated by the Roberts Family Development Center in partnership with the Twin Rivers Unified School District and the Children’s Defense Fund, is a six-week, literacy-focused summer experience designed to prevent learning loss and inspire a love of reading. Through engaging books, small-group instruction, leadership development, social-emotional learning, and family involvement, students build academic skills, confidence, and a strong sense of identity while preparing for success in the school year ahead
Grades: TK-12th 

Location: Rio Tierra JHS (tentative)

Dates: June 15 - July 24th, 2026  (Monday - Thursday, Fieldtrips on Fridays)

Hours: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

Hypu Summer program Banner

Program description: The Hmong Enrichment Summer Camp (HESC), operated by Hmong Youth & Parents United in partnership with Twin Rivers Unified School District, is a six-week summer program serving TK–12 students. The program strengthens literacy, language development, and cultural identity through engaging academics, enrichment, and social-emotional learning in a safe, affirming environment.
Grades: TK-12th 

Location: Woodlake (tentative)

Dates: June 15 - July 30th, 2026  (Monday - Thursday)

Ninja Camp Banner

Program description: Indoor Ninja Warrior Course is a high-energy obstacle experience designed for TK–8th grade students. Participants climb, crawl, jump, and balance through a series of safe, age-appropriate challenges that build strength, coordination, and confidence. Obstacles can be adjusted by grade level to ensure every student feels both supported and challenged.
Grades: TK-8th

4th R discovery Summer Camp

Program description:  The 4th “R” Program offers a safe, well-supervised, comfortable, and supportive environment for your child. In operation since June 1986, the 4th “R” introduces children to a variety of recreational activities while providing a well-planned, nurturing environment that promotes healthy development of the child. Qualified staff provide a wide variety of group and individual activities to enhance your child’s physical, social, and emotional development.

Boddie Boxing Banner Title

Program description: Boddie Family Boxing Academy is a non-profit community boxing gym focused on serving youth and families through the sport of boxing. They provide structured boxing training, physical fitness, and mentoring in a safe, welcoming environment.

Tortoise Shell Boxing Banner Title

Program description: Tortoise Shell Boxing Academy is a Sacramento-based boxing gym that provides structured training for youth and adults in a safe, disciplined environment. The academy focuses on teaching boxing fundamentals, conditioning, and fitness while promoting confidence, respect, and perseverance. Through mentorship and community engagement, Tortoise Shell Boxing uses the sport as a tool to empower individuals and create positive opportunities for personal growth.

Foothill Golf Course Camp Banner Title

Program description: The Cameron Champ Foundation has an exciting golf program planned at Foothill Ranch Middle School. Rising 9th graders can participate in the Athlete Development Camp to build golf skills, confidence, and sportsmanship while preparing for high school athletics. Middle school students in 7th and 8th grade can enjoy afternoon golf enrichment, learning the basics of the game, teamwork, and character-building through fun, hands-on activities.
