The TRUSD Expanded Learning Elementary and TK-8 Athletics Program will be offering a variety of sports for students to participate throughout the school year. There is no cost to participate. Please note that transportation is not provided for this program. We encourage you to sign-up early as space is limited.

TK - 2nd grade students
These grade levels will focus on skill and character development, learning the sport and team building that will prepare them for competition in the future. These grade levels will only participate in clinic style events.

3rd - 6th grade students
These grade levels will also focus on skill and character development, learning the sport and team building, and will participate in competitive leagues (this applies to Soccer, Basketball, Flag Football, and Track only). Space will be limited and students could participate in tryouts.

7th - 8th grade students
Will focus on the various athletic components ranging from offense, defense, conditioning and character development. These components are meant to prepare Jr. High student  athletes for future high school sports. The various clinics will have current High School coaches from the surrounding areas train these student athletes in a clinic format in which each week will offer a different component of the sport.

Required Athletic Forms:
In order for students to tryout and/or participate, the following forms will need to be completed and given to the Lead Coach at the school site prior to students participating. Additional student registration form will be provided during parent orientation.
