Our vision is to maintain an unwavering focus on powerful and engaging learning experiences that prepare students for college, career, and life successes.
We take great pride in having strong home to school partnerships, recognizing that they are crucial to our success. We aim to develop long-term partnerships with our parents and community; and through consistent, open, and clear communication. This allows us to work together to provide support and resources to best meet the needs of our students. Our success is a direct reflection of the partnerships established among the students, staff, and community.

Del Paso Heights qualified for Positive Behavioral Interventions & Supports (PBIS) Gold Medal status.

- Dominguez Dream Partner School
- Students in grades K–2 receive visual arts instruction and students in grades 3–6 receive music instruction. These weekly lessons are in addition to the arts that are integrated into instruction by the classroom teacher.
- The Sacramento Chinese Community Service Center (SCCSC) is the After School Education and Safety (ASES) program provider at Del Paso Heights Elementary. The Center offers participating students academic enrichment and physical activities to support the regular school program.
- Student Leadership
- Del Paso Heights Elementary participates in an after-school sports league. Students in grades 2–6 have the ability to participate in soccer, basketball, flag football and cheerleading.
